In this webinar, Katelyn Rigle from the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) will provide an overview of the proposal requirements outlined in FAR Part 15 and DFARS 252.215-7009.

This session will cover all key cost elements, including direct labor, materials, subcontracts, other direct costs (ODCs), and indirect rates. It will also review DCAA’s process for evaluating proposal adequacy, highlight common areas of noncompliance, and share best practices for budgeting with historical data. Attendees will gain actionable insights and access to regulatory resources to strengthen their proposal development efforts.
