Teaming Strategies

NOTE: The Alaska PTAC has been renamed as Alaska APEX Accelerator. This change occurred on September 15, 2023. Learn why.

A teamed approach to government contracting is a good way to expand your capacity and to gain access to jobs that might otherwise be just out of your company reach.  A teamed approach could be as simple as a prime/sub contractual agreement or something more formal as a Mentor/Protégé Agreement or a Joint-Venture (JV) Agreement.

Regardless of which team approached is used, due diligence is critical to make sure you know who you would be teaming with.  Join Jody King, PTAC Contract Specialist, and learn more about:

  • Evaluating the various types of teamed approaches
  • Defining contract relationships
  • Researching contract history of potential teaming partner
