In an effort to make the solicitation process more efficient and cost effective for both vendors and the agency, the Municipality of Anchorage is implementing an electronic submission process for our solicitations. Electronic submission for Invitations to Bid and Requests for Quote are now available at BidExpress.com, with Requests for Proposal, Requests for Grant Proposal, and Construction Invitations to Bid expected to be accepted in​ 2025. 

Electronic submissions will be received, at no cost to contractors, at the BidExpress.com​ website as the primary method of submission. For now, paper bids, quotes, and proposals will continue to be accepted, but it is strongly recommended vendors become familiar with the electronic process as soon as possible.
